Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. After completing the RMA form, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, unless we have made a mistake, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If you choose in-store credit as your method of refund, then we will notify you when your credit has been applied.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Cut yardage of any type.
- Opened or partially used items.
- Sale or closeout items.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or in-store credit.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- All returns are at the discretion of Royal Upholstery.

Royal Upholstery & Distributing (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.royaluph.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
We are pleased to offer our customers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 and $15 Flat Rate shipping (some exclusions apply; contact Royal for details) for delivery to anywhere in the Contiguous 48 states. You may contact us regarding shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are eligible for free shipping, then we will determine the best method of shipping product to you. This may be a local freight forwarder like GLS or a more common parcel service such as UPS or USPS. If you are eligible for free shipping and we deem UPS or USPS is the best choice for shipment, we will select Ground service. If a faster service is required, please contact us; additional fees may apply.
Once a package has left our facility, it is the responsibility of the chosen shipping carrier as they are a separate business from us.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and process a refund for those items that are unavailable at that time.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 – 5 business days.
Unfortunately, currently we do not ship orders outside of the United States. Please contact us regarding shipments to Hawaii or Alaska.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM – PDT/PST will normally be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are normally able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. We cannot change addresses or re-route shipments once they leave our facility.
P.O. Box Shipping
Royal Upholstery & Distributing will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can investigate.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Parcel Lost in Transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the parcel lost.
Sales tax will be calculated at the time of checkout depending on the Ship-To address.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS
